Seidor Continues Aggressively Growing in the U.S. Market

The firm is deepening its presence with a new acquisition

Seidor, a multinational consulting firm specializing in IT services and technology solutions with 35 years of presence in the market, announced today that it has acquired all the assets of Aether Consulting, a technology service provider based in the Detroit area with successful track record of SAP Business One implementations.

Aether Consulting has an extensive expertise implementing SAP B1 in the distribution, manufacturing and service industries. Since 2005, they have helped small- and medium-sized enterprises to improve their business processes with the latest technology. “We have similar operating philosophies with a passion for understanding customer‘s needs and exceeding expectations by providing innovative ideas to the market around the world,” said Fertig. 

This operation highlights Seidor’s markets commitment to continue growing in the U.S. territory as well as to increasing customer installed bases. He added, “In addition to Seidor’s footprint expansion in U.S. market, we will continue to stand out as one of the leading business partners dedicated to customer service and flexibility in supplying the solutions that best meet our client’s needs”.

The acquisition resulted in a total of 80 new customers and 10 professionals to the Seidor team.

During 2016, Seidor made significant purchases of companies in the North American market. In the Mid-West region, the company strengthened its position by acquiring 100 percent of the activity of several American firms, including Crystal Clear Business and the SAP Division Quantum Software, near Detroit, Michigan and LPS Consulting, a New Jersey-based company.
